Make sure the address we are shipping to is a valid address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

In-store rates vary by location. All Orders are Processed within 1-3 business days.

When shipping to multiple locations, each individual shipment must meet the order minimum of $15.00 to qualify for Free Shipping. See chart below for an explanation of shipping rates.  Please keep in mind that we process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. After Processing your Order it will then be shipped. Shipping can take up to 3 Business Days ( for USPS First Class or Priority shipping )after the shipment date to be delivered.

REFUND POLICY

Our customer satisfaction is extremely important to us should there ever be a problem with your order please contact us immediately. We do require that you contact us with your concerns within 7 business days of delivery. (See contact information below.) We package all our orders securely but once the package leaves our store (shipped) we have no control of the handling or processing of your order. Should your order be damaged in transit please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and we will rectify the problem.
